There are several factors that may affect the home organization service. Anything that appears on this non-exhaustive list will be handled carefully.

1. The condition and safety of the home – are there any hazards to know about? (Examples: presence of bees, rodents, roaches, or other pests)
2. Presence of any toxic or environmental hazards
3. Whether hoarding  is actively present
4. Whether the home is going to be sold – will likely affect the timing
5. Presence of any pets – may need to be temporarily placed in a separate room during the service
6. Whether a deep cleaning is needed
