I like the idea of having a place at home as a sanctuary that is calm and peaceful. It is enjoyable going into a room and having calmness, not chaos. While it is not necessary to get rid of all your stuff, it is a good idea to find a proper place for things and create an order that is both functional and sustainable.
This catch-all kitchen drawer has too many things thrown in haphazardly.
A quick refresh helped the linens be placed neatly. The scissors are tidied up in a dedicated container. This will help the homeowner find everything quickly.
There are too many large and small items mixed in. Very difficult to find what is needed.
The top shelf became the new home for the water bottles. The bottom shelf was a logical place to store heavy ceramic dishes. Many items that were not used in years exited the home; that helped make a lot of room!
